1 1/2 Cups Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
2 Tbsp White Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Tsp Baking Powder
5 Tbsp Butter
3/4 Cup Buttermilk or 3/4 Cup Milk +1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Cup Apple Pie Filling
For the Glaze:
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Milk
1. Pre heat oven to 450 F.
2. In a large bowl, cut butter into the flour, starch, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
